The CDCP helps eligible Canadian residents without private dental insurance with the cost of dental care. It is administered by the federal government through Sun Life.
Am I eligible?
Eligibility is set by Service Canada based on your household income (generally under $90,000) and not having access to private dental insurance. We can explain the basics, but the government determines eligibility.
What should I bring to my visit?
Bring your CDCP member information and a piece of ID. Please call us first to confirm availability and what your visit will involve.
