How long does a CEREC crown take?
Most same-day crowns are completed in a single 1–2 hour appointment, including the scan, milling and fitting.
Is it as strong as a lab-made crown?
Modern CEREC ceramics are highly durable and, for most teeth, comparable to traditional lab crowns — with the convenience of one visit.
Does the procedure hurt?
It is comfortable and done under local anaesthetic, much like having a filling.
